A non refundable deposit of £50 is required upon return of the booking form within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance can be paid either cheque or bacs transfer via details on the booking form 7 days prior the party date, alternatively cash may be accepted on the party date as cleared funds.
The play bus will normally be parked at the kerbside but please make sure enough space is available to park the play bus, approximately four car lengths, you may want to ask your neighbours to help you on this, alternatively it can be parked in your driveway (again, space permitting).
Please advise of any known low bridge, unmade road or poor access on route.

The play bus will remain stationary for the duration of the party.
We need 2 adult members of the party on the play bus at all times.
We do not accept responsibility for children with allergies, please ensure that they are correctly catered and cared for. A packed lunch is suggested.
Parents providing their own party food please ensure that each childs food is individually pre-wrapped.
If the bus is unable to attend a booking due to the negligence of the Oopsy Daisy Party Bus, a refund shall be paid in full.
All shoes must be removed on the party bus and put in the spaces provided and socks worn at all times.
No sharp objects, food or drink must be taken into the soft play area. All food and drink must be consumed at the tables provided on the bus.
Injured and unwell children are not allowed on board the party bus.
Toilet facilities are not available on board the party bus. Childrens adequate toiletting is the responsibility of the party hirer
It is the party hirers responsibility to ensure that parents of the children should check the contents of the party bags supplied for suitability for their child.
At the end of the party children must leave the bus promptly therefore help from party hirer may be required
Please note there will be a surcharge of £1.50 per return mile on areas in excess of 10 traveling miles from Ashford Town High Street.
